“This project started from the homeowner asking us about building a gunite swimming pool,” explains Chris Fournier, one of our dedicated construction team members. “From there, we realized we had enough room to add a cabana, and the project evolved into creating a complete outdoor living space.”

The centerpiece of this project is a 20 by 40 gunite pool with a premium hydrazo finish, complemented by a Loop-Lock safety cover capable of supporting up to 3,000 pounds – providing peace of mind for families with children and pets.

Innovative Lanai Windows and Doors
One of the most striking features of the cabana is the premium Lanai window system. “These windows are made in California and they’re very, very nice,” notes Chris. “They collapse all the way to one side where the countertop comes in, allowing full access for serving people outside.”
This innovative accordion-style system isn’t limited to just the windows – we incorporated the same functionality into the doors, creating a truly seamless indoor-outdoor experience. “As you’re out here enjoying the pool and the cabana, you have free movement to walk in and out as it’s opened,” Chris explains.
